The following information pertains to the tuition rates and other fees for Hargrave Military Academy’s Summer School and Camp.

Application Fees
All students must complete an Application for Admission to summer school. The Summer School application fee for U.S. residents is $75. The fee for non-U.S. residents and U.S. residents living outside the continental U.S. is $150. These fees are non-refundable.

2016 Summer School and Camp Tuition Rates

Boarding Students - U.S. Residents

 

Tuition (New Student) - Includes room, meals, laundry, linen, book rental, daily uniforms, technology fee, gym shorts, T-shirts and Sports Camp. Note: A returning Summer School student who does not need new uniforms will receive a $150 credit.

$199 Boarding Student Discount - This discount is for boarding school students only. The discount is provided to families that submit a $750 enrollment deposit on or before June 20, 2016, after the student has been accepted.

Boarding Students - Non-U.S. Residents

Daily Uniform Issue
The summer school daily uniform is included with the tuition.

  • 1 Web belt (Hargrave issue)
  • 4 pair of Khaki shorts
  • 4 black Hargrave polo shirts

Athletic Uniform Issue
The summer school and camp sports uniform is included with the tuition.

  • 5 Hargrave T-shirts
  • 5 Hargrave gym shorts
  • 1 Nalgene Water Bottle

Day Student Notes
Day students are issued all uniform items except athletic t-shirts and shorts. Fees payable day of matriculation.

Refund Policy
When the student enrolls, it is for the entire summer school period. NO REFUND will be made for withdrawal or dismissal. There will be no deduction for late enrollment or early withdrawal.
