Your Gift and Hargrave’s Mission

Your contributions to Hargrave Military Academy, whether to the Annual Fund or the Endowment have a direct impact on the lives of the young men we serve. Small gifts combine with large gifts to meet day-to-day needs, develop new academic programs and maintain our historic buildings. The decision to give is a decision to make positive impact on the life of a Cadet.

Ways to Give

There are numerous ways to support Hargrave Military Academy. Alumni, parents and friends generally make gifts and pledge payments by check or credit card. However, you may be able to take advantage of tax savings from giving appreciated stocks, shares of mutual funds or real estate. Matching gifts from employers, gifts-in-kind and planned gifts are additional avenues of giving to Hargrave.

Donor Recognition

Hargrave Military Academy recognizes donor generosity through Giving Clubs (link to Giving Levels page). Giving Club levels have been established to recognize those who exhibit leadership through their contributions. Membership level is determined by total giving, which includes gifts from the donor, the donor’s spouse and any matching gifts from employers. Donors are recognized in the President’s Report.
