Troop Committee Chairman: Colonel Wheeler L. Baker, USMC (Ret.), President, Hargrave Military Academy. Troop Committee Chairman since 1997. Retired Marine Corps officer with 39 years of service, infantry officer with force reconnaissance background including the Royal Marine Commando Course, Ranger School, scuba and jump. Primary emphasis is coordination of the Troop Committee, chairs the boards-of-review for advancement of all scouts and Venturers.

Scoutmaster Troop 68: CPT Ryan Meyer von Bremen Hargrave French/English instructor; Eagle Scout, Order of the Arrow Vigil Honor (Echeconnee Lodge), Troop 68 Assistant Scoutmaster 2004-2006, Trained Scoutmaster, Merit Badge Counselor. Primary emphasis will be advancement of new scouts, counseling for Eagle Scouts candidates and organization of Troop 68 Boy Scout leadership.

Assistant Scoutmaster: Major Bill Leftwich, USMC (Ret.), English Department Chair, Eagle Scout. Retired Marine Corps Infantry Officer with 20 years of experience, Trained Assistant Scoutmaster.

Troop Committee Member: MAJ Michael Woodruff, Eagle Scout, served 10 years in the US Navy, English and Social Studies teacher, Trained Assistant Scoutmaster.

Troop Committee Member: CPT Brian Kramer, Director of the Colin Powell Leadership Center, Hargrave leadership and ethics teacher, USA (ret.).

Troop Committee Member: CPT Zach Sanzone, Hargrave English Teacher, Merit Badge Counselor.
