Instructions:
After filling in your name, etc., enter the following information in the "INFORMATION" section according to the type of entry
you are submitting.
1. RIDE OFFERED
Date(s) applicable
Number of cadets you can accomodate
Whether or not you can deliver the guest to a city along the way
2. RIDE NEEDED
Date(s) applicable
Whether the cadet needs a ride one way or both from and to HMA
Where to cadet needs to dropped off
An example entry might look like this:

Sep 17 - RIDE NEEDED - My son needs a ride to the Raleigh/Durham
area on Friday afternoon He needs to be home by 6:00 p.m.
We can arrange to have him picked up in either city.
He will not need a ride back to HMA on Sunday.
We could bring one cadet back with us. Thank you.
