Hargrave Military Academy is seeking qualified, energetic Athletic Coaches for all sports and activities who have a desire to join our team and make a difference in the lives of the Academy's young men.

Mens Sana In Corpore Sano is Hargrave’s motto.  It means “Strong in Mind” and “Strong in Body.” This is the basic tenet of the development of the whole person.  Here at Hargrave Military Academy, we help a cadet grow academically, athletically, and spiritually – mind, body, and soul.

Hargrave Military Academy is one of the top military college preparatory schools in the United States.  Hargrave sports programs are deemed very competitive among all other boys military schools. Our teams are frequently the Virginia Independent Conference (VIC) champions or contenders in several sports every year. Recently, these sports have included wrestling, baseball, swimming and our rifle team.

Successful candidates should possess:

• Prior coaching experience or participation in specific sport(s)
• Strong ability to communicate with our young men
• Dedication and commitment to Hargave’s mission of development of the whole person – academically, athletically, and spiritually – mind, body, and soul
