    Even when it is the dreaded closed weekend, Cadets have plenty of opportunities to get off campus.

    Sage Dining Services provides exceptional quanity and quality of food to our Cadets. Their staff get to know our young men.

  • Leadership

    Cadet Leadership works closely with adult mentors to learn the ropes... all before the high school boy attends college.

    The fabled push-up has its place at Hargrave, but this Cadet is actually engaged in a Field Day push-up competition.

Life outside of academics and sports time can be a challenge, at first. The first 5-6 weeks are the toughest, then things start to settle down for most. The routine kicks in and fear of the unknown is removed. As Hargrave community, including teachers, staff and the Cadets themselves, get to know each other, opportunities emerge for young men to engaged the school within the context of military structure.
