several ways to offset the cost of a Hargrave education.
Please review the following options below.
A. Merit Scholarships and Need Based Grants, in limited amounts, are awarded to families who qualify. The continuation of the scholarship is based on the academic and social growth of the students. Applications for scholarships/grants are available through the Admissions Office. Scholarships are rescinded if dismissed or if student withdraws from the Academy.
B. Honors
Scholarship- Hargrave awards up to $5,000 per

9-12) who have outstanding academic promise. A student
applying for such a scholarship should have maintained
a 3.0 grade point average in school and/or, show test
scores in at least the 90th percentile. Questions
should be directed to the Admissions office.
C. Athletic
Scholarship- Athletes participating in Post-Graduate
football or basketball may be eligible for an athletic
scholarship. These scholarships are normally based
on family need and approved by the scholarship committee.
Post-Graduate students should contact the head coaches
of the Post-Graduate football or basketball teams
for details. Scholarships are rescinded if dismissed
or if a student withdraws from the Academy.

active duty servicemen or women may be eligible to
receive a grant from Hargrave. These specific grants
